2023 Resilience & Hope Covid-19 ( &Other Communicable Diseases) Policy

We have always maintained stringent cleanliness and disinfecting protocols, and continue to provide all our patients with the highest standards of quality care and safety, by continuing to adhere to and exceed CDC-recommended COVID-19 Safety Procedures.

Our safety protocols include:

  • Our providers have been fully vaccinated.
  • All patients are asked to sanitize their hands with hand sanitizer upon entering the office.
  • All surfaces in the restroom and all touched surfaces in the treatment room such as doorknobs, light switches, tabletops, etc. are wiped down completely with a disinfectant after every patient encounter.
  • Fans are used and windows are opened regularly to allow rooms to ‘breathe’ between patient encounters.
  • We continue to limit visitors to only one care partner to accompany a patient who needs assistance. For pediatric services, we asked that only the child/children who will be receiving treatment be present.
  • As always, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
