2023 Resilience & Hope Covid-19 ( &Other Communicable Diseases) Policy
At Resilience & Hope, we recognize that currently, Covid-19 restrictions and requirements have been lifted.
At this time, we will ask you to use hand sanitizer upon entering the treatment room.
Your practitioner may or may not be wearing a mask during your session.
Patients will choose whether or not they want to wear a mask. We will provide any patient who wishes to wear a mask with a clean, level 3 surgical mask as they enter.
Acupuncture Patients will have their temperatures taken with a touchless thermometer.
Please be aware that if you are exhibiting any possible covid-related symptoms or have an elevated temperature reading, we will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
We have always maintained stringent cleanliness and disinfecting protocols, and continue to provide all our patients with the highest standards of quality care and safety, by continuing to adhere to and exceed CDC-recommended COVID-19 Safety Procedures.
Our safety protocols include:
- Our providers have been fully vaccinated.
- All patients are asked to sanitize their hands with hand sanitizer upon entering the office.
- All surfaces in the restroom and all touched surfaces in the treatment room such as doorknobs, light switches, tabletops, etc. are wiped down completely with a disinfectant after every patient encounter.
- Fans are used and windows are opened regularly to allow rooms to ‘breathe’ between patient encounters.
- We continue to limit visitors to only one care partner to accompany a patient who needs assistance. For pediatric services, we asked that only the child/children who will be receiving treatment be present.
- As always, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
