Holistic Health: Recuperate / Rebalance Program

HOLISTIC HEALTH: RECUPERATE / REBALANCE©  PROGRAM

Holistic health care through acupuncture and TCM for symptom relief/management.
Enhance your body’s ability to recuperate.

Holistic care for symptom relief and management. Physical/somatic symptoms may include pain, arthritis, digestive issues, insomnia, fatigue, vertigo, etc. The focus is on helping to enhance your body’s own ability to recuperate and gain or restore balance through acupuncture and traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment modalities.

How many sessions will I need?

The course of treatment depends on whether your condition and or symptoms are acute or chronic, the intensity and severity of the condition, and complicating factors such as comorbidities, etc. With an acute or less severe main complaint typically 4-6 weekly/twice-a-week sessions may be needed, while a chronic or more serious main complaint may require 4-24 weekly sessions.

Acupuncture treatments are cumulative and each treatment session builds on the other. This is somewhat similar to physical therapy and exercise, where your stamina and strength improve with repeated practice and over time. Depending on your current health status and symptoms, you may feel some relief right away, however, more typically, several treatments are needed. In addition, everyone’s response to treatment differs.

A treatment plan specific to your health goals and needs will be developed and discussed at your first session.

True healing takes time and dedication. You and your practitioner are partners in your journey for healing and wellbeing. We will use your body’s cues to adjust treatment frequency. There will also be a number of ways you will be active in your treatment, for example: reporting how you responded to the last session, making minor adjustments or changes to your lifestyle, diet, exercise, stimulating acupressure points at home, utilizing stress management and coping skills we recommend, etc.

FEES

60-minute appointment $142. (Includes adjunctive services, such as moxabustion, guasha, cupping, LED, etc. as needed, during acupuncture treatment session, at no additional charge).

Additional 60-minute ACU/TCM session(s) within the same week [based on medical necessity]- $75.
